COVID-19: What we are doing to keep our clients and employees safe
To our Clients and Employees
At this time when the news is dominated by Coronavirus, we wanted to personally reach out and let you know that we are vigilantly implementing enhanced protocols to ensure your safety. We are closely monitoring the guidance of the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) regarding the spread of the virus. Our focus is to ensure we meet customer needs while doing our part to keep you and our employees safe.
Actions we are taking:
- We have stepped up cleaning of hard surfaces that are frequently touched such as door handles, light switches, taps.
- Suspending the practice of handshaking as a greeting.
- We are minimizing business-related travel where necessary and will communicate heavily through email and/or phone regarding any assistance you may require.
- Encouraging people that are ill to stay home.
- Advising employees of proper personal hygiene such as covering your mouth and nose with a tissue or sleeve when coughing or sneezing and wash your hands frequently with soap for at least 20 seconds.
