PRODUCTS
With a diversified list of over 100 different products, our products have been used in a wide variety of construction projects across North America and Internationally. We produce products such as polymer flooring materials, structural grouts, weatherproofing and multiple cement-based systems.
ANNOUNCING OUR 7 NEW PRODUCTS
One of our most comprehensive lines is our Division 3 – Concrete products. Whether it is for restoration, expansion joints, or to provide weather protection and sealing, all are easy to apply, safe to work with and resilient to high traffic. And of course, competitively priced. In addition, we are consistently adding to our robust product list and are proud to offer the following additions to our Division 3 – Concrete:
- CPD® Anti-slip Additive: an additive for use with CPD® topical Cipadeck® concrete and masonry sealers both solvent based and water based. Formulated for use on concrete and masonry surfaces, including driveways, garages, steps, patios and pool decks.
- Cipadeck® L & Cipadeck® LP: are both clear penetrating liquid concrete densifiers supplied in a ready to use form. These high-quality products are used to densify and dustproof new and existing concrete floors. Premium or Economical versions are offered to meet your project and budget needs.
- Cipadeck® Shield: a single component water-based, durable protective coating for plain or coloured concrete floors where a long lasting high gloss finish is required.
- CPD® Cable Grout: can be used in applications including grouting anchors in tunnel support systems, cable bolting, re-bar grouting and grouting where aggregate filled systems will not flow.
- Cipadite® E-600 LE & Cipadite® E-700 Grout Hi Flow: are all self-leveling, 100% solids epoxy grouts with excellent strength and chemical resistant properties. Each can withstand high impact and dynamic loads with resistance to erosion and chemical attack. Of our latest entries in the self-levelling epoxy grout family of products, choose the best application for your final project.
SERVICE
Lunch & Learn Education Sessions
With our collective wealth of experience in construction, the CPD® team recognized an opportunity to host Lunch and Learn Educational Sessions. The session is designed to educate architects and engineers on the value and application of our materials, and ultimately how we can help improve their next big project. To accommodate our busy schedule in the summer months, we focus on these educational sessions from November to March. On-Site Lab
All concrete products and formulations produced by CPD® Construction Products are rigorously tested onsite. Having our own lab facility allows us to have complete control and total hands-on involvement with the testing phase of new products and quality control for each order. Our process gives customers peace of mind and confidence that we consistently deliver best-in-class products. The dedicated quality control testing of all products is conducted prior to release for sale in our head office in Concord, Ontario. Here are a few of the tests we perform prior to release
