CPD® Saltguard is a clear, ready to use sealer based on
algometric alkyl-alkoxy siloxane. CPD® Saltguard
contains siloxane solids suspended in a highly mobile
solvent carrier.

The material’s small molecular
structure allows for maximum penetration into the
concrete providing surface and subsurface protection.
Upon reaction with the surface and humidity, the
product is transformed into a highly resistant siloxane
compound which is chemically bonded into the
substrate.

CPD SALTGUARD ULTRA

CPD® Saltguard Ultra is part of a two coat protection
system which prevents the intrusion of chlorides and
water.

The two coat system consists of:
A) A base coat of CPD® Saltguard. It is an
oligomeric alkyl-alkyloxy siloxane. This penetrates
into the substrate and reduces chloride ion migration
through cement materials.
B) The top coat is CPD® Paver and Concrete Sealer. It
is a colorless methacrylate copolymer resin in a
solvent base.

CIPADAM S-40

CIPADAM® S-40 is a clear, penetrating, breathable
sealer that contains a 40 percent solution of silane in
an alcohol carrier.

CIPADAM® S-40 chemically
reacts with the concrete substrate to produce a long
lasting water repellent effect. This material’s small
molecular structure allows for maximum penetration
into any silicous material to form an alkali resistant
polysiloxane.

Sure Klean Weather Seal Siloxane is a ready to use
masonry water-repellent based on oligomeric alkylalkoxy
siloxane of excellent stability against alkai.

The product is formulated for low pressure spray
application to concrete and masonry surfaces and upon
reaction with the surface and humidity is transformed
into a highly water-repellent siloxane compound
which is chemically bonded to the substrate.
